Ploughing ahead

The Festival committee have commissioned Mark Wilson to create two seats made from horse drawn plough parts, and wood, salvaged from trees from the area.

Mark has already begun the project, working with 13 TY students from Scariff Community College, and the local mens shed group.
The students have helped in the design, and will be working on the seats, up to, and during the festival.

Everyone is welcome to visit the Forge, and see the work in progress.

If you would like to be involved, please contact Mark directly on 0857490890.
When completed, the seats will find a home in the village. Exact site has not yet been decided

This project could not have taken place without the support of Creative Ireland, and Clare County Council.
