Dead Man's Bells

Dead Man's Bells

WayWord Theatre present Dead Man’s Bells

Dead Man’s Bells by Méabh De Brún, revolves around three sisters, one brother and a farm that’s up for grabs. A dark comedy communally woven by unreliable narrators, Dead Man’s Bells explores the shared chorus of siblinghood and the weight of unspoken family secrets.

Dean Man’s Bells features WayWord Theatre founders Eavan Brennan, Siobhán Donnellan & Ruth Smith and is directed by Paul Brennan.

WayWord Theatre’s first production Get the Boat, written by Brennan, debuted at the Limerick Fringe Festival 2018. It featured Brennan and Donnellan in the roles of Bridget and Gráinne and was directed by Ruth Smith. It was subsequently invited to the prestigious Off-Broadway venue SoHo Playhouse, New York City for a 5 week run to critical acclaim. (★★★★★https://playstosee.com )
